Issue:

I get an error when I login to nTopCL, "Could not login Runtime error".

• nTopCL

Cause:

The is happening because you are trying to use a cloud login when you have a local license.

Solution:

If you have a local license, you can skip the step of logging in to nTopCL. You can also run nTopCL without logging in if you have the nTopology UI open.
