If you are having trouble logging in to app.ntopology.com, and keep receiving the error "Password or email incorrect", then web extensions may be blocking you from logging in.
To fix this, turn off all of your web extensions and try logging in. If this doesn't help, try using a different web browser to see if you get a different result.
If you are having trouble logging in to the Welcome Dashboard, ensure that:
- Your Password is spelled correctly
- There are no trailing spaces behind your email address
