Where is the nTopology welcome email?

nTopology employees can request licenses for users. nTop support processes license requests as promptly as feasible, but at the longest by the end of the next business day. If the delay is longer and you still cannot find the welcome email:

  1. Check your Spam or Bulk mail folders.
  2. Add no-reply@ntopology.com to your address book.

It is unusual, but some security practices block our automated messages. If you're unable to find this email message, please contact us for support.

Extending, renewing, or making changes to a current nTopology account may not trigger a Welcome email. Attempt to login using your existing credentials.
