You may need to re-download and install nTop when you are upgrading computers, changing workstations, or using a work-from-home laptop. 

Answer:

You may download and install the application on a new workstation without any action required from the nTopology team.  

1. Login to your profile at app.ntopology.com to download the latest version of the software.
2. After installing, a login window will pop-up. Login once again to verify your account.
