604: Create a conformal lattice on a CAD face

Summary:

Creating a conformal lattice on a CAD face is a great tool if designing structural ribbing or surface textures. This tutorial video explains the process for creating these helpful lattices.

Let’s get started.

  • Hi nTop, the Periodic Lattice Body block is no longer available, how do I achieve what is proposed in this tutorial?
    Thanks

  • Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. To use the Periodic Lattice Body block you'll need to enable Beta blocks. This block isn't going away, it is a new functionality that isn't active with the default settings. Sorry about the confusion! • in your video, the Cell map, Cell map on CAD file, the three parameter input area, the last one is offset, but, in the beta version, this is "Height" instead of "Offset".

You may consider make it synchronous.

    best regards
